1. Who we are

10X Growth is a marketing consultancy that helps small and home-based businesses communicate with their customers. This policy explains how we handle information when you contact us or our clients through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or our Facebook Page, including through our Meta app "10X Growth".

2. Information we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number, profile name and the messages you send to us or to a business we manage.
• Your Instagram or Facebook public profile name and ID, messages and comments you send to pages we manage.
• Information you choose to share with us (for example your business name or service needs).
• Basic performance statistics (insights) of the pages and accounts we manage, provided by Meta.

We do not collect payment card details through messaging channels.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your messages and provide the service you asked for.
• To route your enquiry to the right person or automated assistant in our team.
• To publish and manage content for the businesses we serve and to measure its performance.
• To improve our service quality.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), our hosting provider, and automation and AI tools that process messages on our behalf under confidentiality. If you contact a business we manage, that business can see your conversation.

5. Retention

We keep conversation data only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, and no longer than 24 months after the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

6. Data deletion — how to request

You can ask us to delete your data at any time:

1. Send the word DELETE (or «حذف») by WhatsApp to +971 50 709 9683, or
2. Email info@10ex.ae with the subject "Data deletion request" and the phone number or Instagram/Facebook name you used.

We will delete your messages and contact details from our systems within 30 days and confirm by the same channel. Data held by Meta itself is governed by Meta's own policies.

7. Security

Access tokens and data are stored on secured servers with restricted access. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
